Thai Gold Source is a sourcing service operated by 2solutions LLC, USA. An inquiry is not a purchase, reservation or payment. We buy only after you approve an itemized quote and payment is verified.
Your quote comes first
Your written quote identifies the exact pieces, supplier representations, source currency and exchange rate, sourcing fee, other charges, expiry, destination, delivery arrangements and terms. The sourcing fee is 8% of the supplier USD subtotal, with a $250 minimum and $1,500 maximum per consolidated order. Freight, insurance, duties/taxes and testing are separately itemized. Do not approve a quote with unresolved costs or missing cancellation, return or refund terms; ask for an updated revision.
Supplier facts and delivery
Photos and supplier statements do not independently certify gold content. Purity, weight, size, evidence and any testing arrangements are recorded for the actual piece. Availability can change before purchase. DHL service, destination, declared value and actual cover must be confirmed for each order. Estimates depend on the route and customs; tracking is provided after dispatch.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The written quote must explain the applicable cancellation, return, custom-piece and refund conditions before approval. Contact us through your private portal or sourcing request promptly if your plans change. We record payment, supplier purchase, dispatch and refunds separately; a checkout return page does not prove payment, and a cancellation does not itself confirm a refund. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
