One clear sourcing fee

8% of the supplier USD subtotal, with a $250 minimum and $1,500 cap, once per consolidated order. Supplier fabrication charges are included in the subtotal. Freight, insurance, duties/taxes and testing are separately itemized before approval. Unknown costs must be resolved before quoting. Fee examples, not gold prices or delivered totals: $2,000 subtotal → $250 fee; $5,000 → $400; $10,000 → $800; $20,000 → $1,500.
