2solutions LLC, USA operates Thai Gold Source. We use your email, optional name, destination country and sourcing description to respond, source a piece and prepare a quote. Do not submit payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive information in the request form.

How information is used

We keep sourcing requests, consent, quotes, order records and relevant audit evidence. Operator access requires an invitation and an authenticator. Private buyer links grant access to the associated request and expire; keep them private. Supplier originals and shop records remain restricted. Only reviewed product images and approved listing details are published.

Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Postmark sends transactional messages. Whop handles checkout and payment information on its service. Relevant delivery information is shared with DHL and the parties needed to fulfill an agreed order. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We do not sell request information or add you to a marketing list. The site uses essential security and session cookies; transactional email open and link tracking are disabled.

Retention and your requests

We retain information for as long as needed to respond, fulfill the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and identify the email associated with your request. We verify identity before disclosing or changing private records; some transaction and audit records may need to be retained.
